By using YoungJoi (the "service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The service

YoungJoi provides two AI-assisted tools: Listing Studio for product listings and Resume Kit for resume tailoring and cover letters. The service is provided "as is" and may change or be unavailable at times.

AI output must be verified

Output is generated by AI language models. It can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for checking every statement before you publish or send it, including product specifications, materials, sizes, compatibility, certifications and every claim about your own experience, skills, employers, dates and education. We design the tools to use only the facts you supply, but we cannot guarantee they always do.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee sales, search rankings, marketplace approvals, interview invitations, job offers or any other outcome. Marketplace and employer rules change, and nothing here is legal, career or professional advice. A match score is an estimate and not an employer or applicant tracking system score.

Accounts and access links

Accounts are anonymous. Your access token lives in your browser, and your access link restores it. You are responsible for keeping the link private. We cannot recover credits if you lose both the browser data and the link, unless you can show us a purchase receipt.

Credits and payment

Credits are purchased in packs for a one-time price in US dollars through Stripe, with no subscription. One Listing Studio run uses one listing credit and one Resume Kit run uses one kit credit. New accounts receive free trial credits, which may be changed or withdrawn. If a generation fails on our side, the credit is returned. Prices and pack sizes may change for future purchases. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive or infringing.
• Do not submit content you do not have the right to use, or other people's personal data without permission.
• Do not fabricate qualifications or employment history using the output.
• Do not try to bypass rate limits, scrape or overload the service, or resell access without written permission.

We may limit or block use that breaches these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit and, as between you and us, of the output you receive. You give us permission to send your input to our AI providers solely to produce your result, as described in the privacy policy. AI output may resemble text produced for other users, so we cannot promise it is unique.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, YoungJoi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost sales or profits, lost job opportunities or the consequences of publishing inaccurate output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
